1. Scope of Services

- X-ray and diagnostic imaging services performed at the customer’s residence.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- How to Book:

4. Agent Visit and Preparation
- Agent Visit:
- A trained phlebotomist or technician will visit your location for sample collection or diagnostic imaging.
- All agents carry proper identification and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Preparation for Services:
- Customers will receive instructions for test preparation, such as fasting requirements, in advance.
- For X-ray services, ensure the designated area is prepared and accessible for equipment setup.
5. Service Charges
- Charges for home collection or X-ray services will be communicated during the booking process.

6. Service Timelines
- Sample Collection:
