1. Scope of Services

    • Home sample collection services (e.g., blood, urine, or other samples).
    • X-ray and diagnostic imaging services performed at the customer’s residence.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • How to Book:

4. Agent Visit and Preparation

5. Service Charges

6. Service Timelines
