1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Service Not Availed: If the service booked (e.g., diagnostic tests) has not been availed and the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Error on Our Part: If there is a discrepancy or error caused by us, such as incorrect test processing or billing issues.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• Service Availed: Once a diagnostic test or service has been performed, refunds will not be issued.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
• Change of Mind: Refunds cannot be processed for cancellations due to a change of mind after the service has been scheduled.

3. Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refund Mode: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. For cash payments, refunds will be provided via bank transfer upon submission of bank details.
• Processing Time: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation Policy

• How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service team at support@scdhomecare.com.
• Timely Notifications: Ensure that you notify us of your cancellation within the eligible time frame to avoid losing your refund eligibility.

5. Exceptional Cases

For cases involving technical issues, duplicate payments, or unforeseen circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Sheetal Chhaya Diagnostics management.
